problema con gestor synaptic
Hola:
estoy tratando de configurar ubuntu para que trabaje con el itouch, siguiendo una guia .
La cosa es que cometi un error pues las lineas de comando eran para gutsy y no para hardy.
ahora cuando quiero ejecutar el gestor de paquetes me sale lo siguiente:
E: Línea 56 mal formada en lista de fuentes /etc/apt/sources.list (análisis de dist)
E: No se pudo leer la lista de fuentes.
Vaya al diálogo del repositorio para corregir el problema.

Que hago? como puedo deshacer la instalacion?

seria bueno q mandes tu sources list
en la consola escribes " gedit /etc/apt/sources.list " y lo posteas aca :D

hmm nop, el problema es la última linea, reemplazala por:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ipod-touch/ubuntu hardy multiverse
Prueba de esa manera

lo curioso es que use origenes del software y por alli encontre esta linea:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/ipod-touch/ubuntu gutsy main, la cual fue la del problema...la borre y el gestor empezo a correr otra vez.
La verdad es que estoy aprendiendo mucho leyendo el foro y curioseando.
Gracias.....ahora sigo con la aventura de que el itouch 1.1.4 16gb sea reconocido en ubuntu.

No puedo instalar nada ni usar gedit siquiera. denme una ayudita porfa.

jojojojo xD! , yo opino, q si usas kubuntu, debes saber q usas KDE (entorno grafico, ) y como editor de texto usa kwrite, si no ay entonces en la consola escribes , " sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list " y borras los " # " de los q terminen en universe xD! y multiuniverse y claro de los q dicen main restricted y avisas como te fue , no te olvides de dar un " sudo apt-get update" antes de instalar .
